ZOOM is the latest addition to our range of LED luminaires, available in 15W, 30W and 50W. This led rail luminaire is mounted on a three-phase rail and is ideal for lighting high ceilings in living rooms, shop and exhibition spaces of various sizes and offices. The ZOOM rail spot has an excellent colour rendering index of CRI90. ZOOM track lights, 15W, 30W and 50W are available in matt black and matt white. Both lamps are available in 3000K (warm white) and 4000K (neutral white) light colour temperatures. The matt black 4000K rail spotlights are stock items. Stock products are available immediately. Delivery time for on-demand products is approximately 4 weeks.
The ZOOM track bag lives up to its name
At the heart of the ZOOM rail light is the adjustment of the opening angle of the light. The larger the opening angle, the wider the beam. The beam is infinitely adjustable over a wider range than usual, from 10° to 55°. The adjustable opening angle allows a single luminaire to illuminate in very different ways: a tight opening angle can be used to highlight details in the interior or even accentuate paintings, while a wider opening angle provides good general lighting. In addition to the opening angle, the luminaires can be accurately aimed, as the luminaire rotates through 350 degrees for a precise orientation. The way the track spotlights are used can be easily changed by varying the opening angle and orientation. Even if initially only general light is required, as needs change one of the spots can be adjusted to provide a target light. This is very useful, for example, in galleries where the size of the objects to be illuminated makes certain lighting requirements. At home, too, light variation and re-direction may become necessary.
Applications of ZOOM rail spots
The smallest of the spots, the ZOOM 15W, is ideal for home lighting due to its size and power, but it also illuminates small commercial spaces well. The medium size, ZOOM 30W, is suitable not only for lighting high living rooms but also for lighting shops and offices. The ZOOM 15W and 30W are also suitable for domestic use thanks to their dimmability, while the ZOOM 50W (non-dimmable) is mainly for public spaces. In terms of physical size, ZOOM 15W is the smallest, while ZOOM 30W and 50W are the same size. The difference is that the ZOOM 50W has a fan for cooling. In matt black, the ZOOM rail spotlight blends in nicely with the ceiling colour in shops where the ceiling is painted black, e.g. behind a lowered, sparse rail, and the luminaire does not stand out significantly against the background.
In homes, a matt black luminaire can add a touch of class to the interior by combining it with, for example, a dark stained ceiling. The matte white ZOOM spotlight, on the other hand, works best with light-coloured finishes. The ZOOM rail spotlight is an excellent choice for galleries, showrooms, clothing stores and barbershops! The ZOOM spotlight has an excellent colour rendering index (CRI90), which means it shows the colours of the object as they should be, without distortion. Depending on the application, it is also important to select the colour temperature of the light to suit your needs. In retail spaces, the most commonly used light colour is a neutral 4000 K, while in the home (living rooms) a warmer shade of white, 3000 K, is currently more popular.

The ZOOM track spot is therefore available in 15W, 30W and 50W light output. The lumen output of the luminaire depends on the angle at which the light is turned on. So the tighter the beam angle, the more lumen output is concentrated. All three ZOOM luminaires rotate 350° for their purpose, and can be oriented from 0° to 90°, meaning that the light can also be pointed straight down. In a three-phase track (contact track), the luminaires can be arranged in a maximum of three different groups, each controlled by its own switch. The lighting is made more versatile when the luminaires are on more than one phase, i.e. in more than one lighting group, and can therefore be switched on at different times. The luminaire has a phase selector disc from which the desired phase is selected.
