In this article, we will explain the uses and features of the new Wanda lamp. It is the first fully wireless and rechargeable product in the LedStore range. Thanks to its wireless design, it can be used almost anywhere you need extra light. We have received excellent feedback on the luminaire. The Wanda is available in two lengths of 22 cm and 44 cm, with wattages of 1.5 W and 3 W. The Wanda provides 100 lumens and 200 lumens of light. The light output is sufficient to illuminate a wardrobe or a drawer at home, for example. Wanda can also be used as a night light, for example in a toilet, if there is a lot of light coming from the ceiling lights. When travelling and camping, Wandas are an excellent lighting aid because they fit into a small space and are lightweight. The smaller Wanda weighs 140 g and the larger 240 g. On a single charge, the light will turn on around 270 times, so for example, a cupboard that is opened three times a day will last around three months on a single charge. A full charge takes four hours. The Wanda has a durable lithium-ion battery and comes with a USB charging cable B or C, depending on the model. Wanda’s newer model, the Tilt, is even more versatile than the one shown here, and will be available in 2021. The charging cable is the same as for phones, so the same charger can also be used to charge the Wanda (or Wanda’s charger for a phone). The lamp comes with a 3-year warranty against product breakage.
Multifunctional luminaire in the kitchen
The luminaire attaches without screws, so it fits on many surfaces, and is easy to remove for recharging. The magnetic strip is attached to the object with a sticker, and the luminaire attaches to the magnetic strip with a tight fit.
The colour temperature of the light is 3000 K, which is suitably warm. The small size of the luminaire is ideal for lighting drawers, for example. The Wanda has a motion sensor mode as one of three options, which is ideal for lighting cabinets and drawers.
Wanda multi-functional lamp on the move
You can also take the Wanda with you on a trip or outing. Wanda is very practical as a working or reading light for boats, caravans or cabins. Thanks to its magnetism, it also sticks to metals, such as the bonnet of a car or a storage shelf. The Wanda has a softer and steadier light than a torch, which is kinder to the senses. The lamp has an on/off switch at the end to turn the light on and off. A practical feature for lighting warehouses or pantries is the twilight label sensor. The luminaire then only comes on at dusk when it detects movement. The light can also be switched on and off at any time using the operating switch.
Wands are perfect for an excursion. The only care you need to take in camping conditions is to avoid getting dirt or water on the charging end of the Wanda.
When travelling, Wanda can be attached to a strap of a canvas bag, for example, using a magnetic fastening strip, providing a practical extra light for walking along paths as the evening fades.
